图书馆为区域服务的定位分析与选择

[目的/意义]梳理图书馆与区域的关系,不以简单的服务与被服务进行限定,而从两者包含与互动来认识图书馆为区域服务。[方法/过程]图书馆为区域服务应该从环境与定位入手,重新分析认识图书馆社会职责、重点任务、服务工作内容。[结果/结论]图书馆是区域的组成部分,应以主体意识来发展自己,完善区域构成。图书馆应遵循定位,选准重点建设,筑牢专业的服务基础,为区域的政府决策、科研开发、产业经济、民众生活等提供信息服务。  相似文献

本文应用文献资料法、数据分析法，以欧洲足球五大联赛2017/18赛季经营状况为载体，从职业足球俱乐部内部经营和市场环境两方面讨论和研究治理做法和经验，从而指出五大联赛市场平稳有序和职业足球俱乐部可持续发展的经验。从我国足球国情出发，结合五大联赛市场治理经验，探索中超联赛市场治理创新，研究认为：创新治理主体结构，形成“三位一体”的治理格局，明确中超治理主体责任；创新职业足球市场治理体制，提高中超市场自治能力和水平；创新职业俱乐部内部治理体系，创造职业足球俱乐部健康可持续发展生态；创新治理价值体系，打造足球产业经营全产业链，创造中超市场盈利模式。  相似文献   

Audience management,online turbulence and lurking in social networking services: A transactional process of stress perspective

In social networking services (SNSs), users’ unclear understanding of the large and invisible audience increases the chances of online turbulence, which is a key source of SNS-induced stress. This growing phenomenon has gained increasing attention in academia and industry due to the undesirable consequences for users and SNS platforms. In this study, we draw from the transactional model of stress to examine how audience management strategies impact online turbulence and lead to neglected unintended audience concern and lurking. We also investigate the role of self-monitoring as a stress inhibitor. We test our model with data collected from 301 SNS users. The results show that the four types of audience management strategies have different effects on online turbulence, which significantly impacts neglected unintended audience concern especially when users have high self-monitoring skills. We believe that this work contributes, both from scientific and practical standpoints, to the understanding of the interventions and stressful responses of online turbulence in SNSs.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 分析科学数据共享的研究现状及其发展趋势，为促进国内相关理论研究与实践进展提供参考。[方法/过程] 通过对国内外文献进行梳理和归纳，提炼出与科学数据共享研究相关的三大类主题：科学数据共享发展需求、科学数据管理共享模式与机制和科学数据服务共享度与服务效果，并构建科学数据共享管理分析框架，该框架体现上述三类主题之间的因果关联，强调科学数据共享管理与服务的合理面、重要度、关键性。[结果/结论] 国内外现有研究尚存不足，未来研究在加强实证研究、着眼管理机制完善的同时，还需注重共享服务模式的创新。  相似文献   

Production of green surfactants: Market prospects

Science has greatly contributed to the advancement of technology and to the innovation of production processes and their applications. Cleaning products have become indispensable in today’s world, as personal and environmental hygiene is important to all societies worldwide. Such products are used in the home, in most work environments and in the industrial sectors. Most of the detergents on the market are synthesised from petrochemical products. However, the interest in reducing the use of products harmful to human health and the environment has led to the search for detergents formulated with natural, biodegradable surfactant components of biological (plant or microbiological) origin or chemically synthesised from natural raw materials usually referred to as green surfactants. 回顾与展望：关于我国青少年体育健康公共服务的述评与研究*

青少年体育健康问题上升国家战略高度。“青少年体育健康公共服务”是一个在青少年体育领域内，由“体育健康”和“体育公共服务”综合而成的全新概念，学界还未深入探讨与挖掘。充分结合“健康管理”理论，基于对“青少年体育健康”和“体育公共服务”相关研究文献的回顾，归纳“青少年体育健康公共服务”内涵与特征。概念特征包括：“学校体育”“青少年体育俱乐部”是核心供给主体；健康医疗等事业、非营利性机构是重要支撑；始终强调青少年受众被动接受“体育健康促进”与主动应用“体育健康素养”相结合；供给产品具有“纯公共物品”性质，公共财政补贴是解决公共服务资源配置矛盾关键方式；“互联网虚拟社区”是实现多元主体协同供给的技术基础与激励条件。最后，基于概念属性展望“青少年体育健康公共服务”的未来研究趋势，包括：开发“运动干预”“心理调试”和“营养膳食”三维评估指标体系；完善“学校”“社区”“医疗部门”“健康管理机构”和“家庭”的协同供给机制；深度开发“青少年体育俱乐部”和“青少年联赛体系”营造“体育健康素养培育”空间；实现“青少年体育健康公共服务”均等化局限，以及加快“青少年体育健康公共服务”互联网平台建设，破解公共服务资源闲置问题。  相似文献   

‘This could be our reality in the next five to ten years’: a blogpost platform as an expectation generation device on the future of insurance markets

William James (1919) characterises hypotheses as either live or dead. A hypothesis is live when it is taken into account as a ‘real possibility’. We follow James’ suggestion to not attribute intrinsic properties to hypotheses, but rather investigate how they came into being and look at the effects they generate. Expectations of digital technologies are a topic of vivid debate in the insurance industry. Before these expectations can become ‘live’, they have, in the first place, to be generated by market devices. We investigate how the reinsurance blogpost platform Open Minds functions as an ‘expectation generation device’ on the future of insurance markets. Combining Beckert’s work on the role of fictional expectations with the pragmatist turn in sociology of markets, we propose to study ‘expectation generation devices’, provoking expectations on economic markets. In our empirical analysis, we demonstrate the explicit fictional character of the Open Minds contributions, and analyse how a contained space of openness is generated to provoke expectations. We demonstrate how Open Minds can become live through circulation to other expectation generation sites in the insurance industry and beyond. We conclude by reflecting on the importance of expectation generation devices as a particular type of market devices.  相似文献

采用文献资料法、访谈法等,了解到上海市黄浦区政府培育社会体育组织发展的现状以及存在的问题,提出针对性的发展路径。研究表明:经过阶段性的培育,目前上海市黄浦区社会体育组织结构较完整,规模初现,功能呈现多元化,制度建设日益完善,监督评估机制雏形初显;但培育过程中存在着党建嵌入不足,培育主体较为单一,培育体制机制不完善,培育制度保障体系不健全等问题。提出培育路径:创新党建嵌入方式,实行组织党建工作制度化;搭建组织服务平台,拓宽组织准入范围;分类、分阶段针对性的培育,健全培育体制机制;完善组织制度建设,提升组织服务能力。  相似文献   

新时代我国少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理研究

采用文献资料法等研究方法对新时代我国少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理进行研究，旨在为提高我国少数民族地区体育公共服务质量和建设体育强国提供建议。研究认为，少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理是基于我国社会分层的现状以及各阶层体育需求和参与特征存在的差异而采取的差异性治理方式，分层治理有"因层制宜"的意蕴，有利于促进我国少数民族地区体育公共服务均等化和改变少数民族地区体育公共服务"供给不足"和"供非所需"的困境。现阶段我国少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理的思路包括明确少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理主体责任、完善少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理资金保障机制、积极探索少数民族地区体育公共服务分层供给方式、构建少数民族地区体育公共服务分层治理协商机制、建立少数民族地区体育公共服务分层供给绩效评价体系。  相似文献
